Tis but a scratch, what you complaining about lol, I seemed to have got off easy with my wrist this round, ligaments pulled not torn and bad sprain so I will be good with the next few days and saved a trip to the quack.

But seriously hope you heal up well, and yes I agree use your head to stop next time, I will try and load pic of my busted helmet from my fall to prove your theory

Nah its healing way to quick for it to be anything serious, really doubt any breaks or tears, think just tendon stretched and bad sprain
